There is no call centre and no sales script. You get the owner, he looks at the actual building, and you get told what is happening and what it will take — including when the honest answer is that it is not as bad as you think.

  • Inspection — the structure and the ground around it get looked at properly, because the conditions outside usually explain what is happening inside
  • You get told what it is — what the pest actually is, what it is doing to the building, and what the treatment involves, in plain terms
  • Treatment — placed where the colony or harbourage actually is, not where the pest happened to be spotted
  • Follow-up — we come back and confirm it worked, and deal with what has been left behind if it has not

Based in Montgomery on the west side of Lake Conroe, and working across Montgomery County: Conroe, Willis, Magnolia, Pinehurst, The Woodlands, Panorama Village, Cut and Shoot and up toward Huntsville.
